ACT/CBS Background and Training: I had some training in graduate school, but not as much as I would have liked. So I have mostly self-trained to this point, with books and videos. I work with neurodivergent adults, most of whom are couples, and I've used an ACT approach (supported by SFBT and MI) so far. I find that the majority of my clients also have trauma/PTSD/CPTSD, and this approach works well with that, too.
