ACT/CBS Background and Training: My training in Contextual Behavioral Science (CBS) began post-graduation through focused independent study, starting with ACT Made Simple and completing a formal Psychwire training course with Russ Harris. I advanced my clinical foundation by attending an intensive, 4-day ACT Bootcamp hosted by Dr. Steven Hayes, Dr. Robyn Walser, Dr. Miranda Morris, and Dr. Diana Hill.
To deeply integrate the model into my practice, I completed a quarter of clinical group supervision through Contextual Consulting. I am an active member of the ACBS community, regularly participating in peer consultation groups and Special Interest Groups (SIGs). I am deeply committed to continuous professional growth, regularly attending advanced continuing education (CEU) courses, and staying current with the latest CBS literature to provide high-quality, values-driven individual care.
