ACT/CBS Background and Training: I started ACT with the intention of helping myself (I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2021), and had been searching for help to overcome my own barriers and thrive. I read about ACT and applied to myself (I was my first client!). My learning previously was from my colleagues, senior and books.
This year I attended basic ACT workshop hosted by Malaysian ACBS, and enrolled in Russ Harris' ACT for Adult ADHD on demand video. It was really eye opening. I starting helping my clients with ACT, and wished to learn more and improve my skills as a practitioner. I believe there is so much yet to learn
