ACT/CBS Background and Training: I've participated in numerous ACT trainings, including the Boot Camp, ACT in Practice, Values workshop with Kelly Wilson, and ACT for parents with Lisa Coyne. I am also a BCBA and psychologist with training in RFT. Our practice holds a once-a-month ACT peer supervision session which I lead and have been participating in for five years.
ACT/CBS Experience: ACT is the foundational framework I use in all client sessions. I regularly attend ACT trainings to update my knowledge and skills in ACT. I am also presenting on RFT at a workshop in January 2025.a
