ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have completed Dr. Steven Hayes's ACT Immersion Course and successfully passed the accompanying online quiz. I am currently under the supervision of Dr. Jennifer Gregg, further enhancing my expertise in ACT.
My doctoral thesis focused on testing a culturally adapted ACT intervention for Chinese parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The research explored psychological flexibility as a core mechanism of treatment outcomes.
I am actively conducting ACT research with both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, guided by a process-based research mindset to uncover mechanisms of change and refine interventions.
