ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have over ten years of experience as an LPC-MHSP, providing therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I also have experience in providing group therapy. I was first introduced to ACT in my own therapy and saw first hand the benefits that it can provide. I shortly after, was introduced in on a professional level to implement in individual and group settings through a training called FACT, designed to implement ACT oriented therapy for intimate violence offenders. I have approximately six years of experience of learning about and providing ACT oriented therapy to individuals of all ages struggling with a variety of issues.

Additional Information: I'm a Christian with experience working with others who are interested in exploring the spiritual components of life from the ACT therapy approach.
