ACT/CBS Background and Training: I am new to ACT. I have read several books by Dr. Hayes and Dr. Harris. I'm currently engaging in Dr. Hayes' ACT Immersion course. My previous training is in several different mindfulness based therapy modalities, and trauma focused therapy modalities.
