Additional Information: I work privately with adults and am a BUPA registered therapist. In addition to working with clients with anxiety and depression or loss issues, I enjoy working with neurodiverse clients and those with chronic illnesses and disabilities. I also have an interest in eco anxiety. I bring Positive Psychology elements to my ACT work.
