ACT/CBS Background and Training: I work within the framework of Contextual Behavioral Science (CBS) — an evidence-based approach that integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), and mindfulness-based methods.
My ACT journey began with postgraduate training at Moscow State University (Faculty of Psychology) and continued at the Center for Contextual and Behavioral Therapy, where I completed programs in clinical functional analysis, ACT for ADHD, ACT for difficult separations, and Clean Cognitions.
I have also trained with Ray Owen (“ACT for Physical Health Problems”) and completed courses in FACT for Depression, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness for Children through the Centre of Excellence.
My clinical work is grounded in values-based action, psychological flexibility, and acceptance of the full range of human experience, combining ACT with trauma-informed and existential perspectives. I have studied with Judith Herman, Alfried Längle, and Mike Mazers, whose work continues to shape my therapeutic stance.
I am also a facilitator of ACT GAME — an experiential learning format designed to explore personal values and strengthen psychological flexibility in a safe and engaging way.

Additional Information: I offer therapy in a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative way. For me, genuine connection and a sense of safety between therapist and client are the foundation of meaningful change. I know that starting therapy — or deciding to change your life — can be both brave and difficult, so I deeply respect the time, courage, and commitment my clients bring into this process.
My role is to walk alongside you, helping you rediscover your strength, clarity, and sense of direction. I believe that every person brings their own wisdom and energy into therapy — and that our work together becomes a shared journey.
