ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have studied behavioral science, psychology and philosophy as part of my Master at Copenhagen Business School.
I have worked 20 years as a management consultant within leadership and change, increasingly using various coaching and counselling methodologies.
My interest in ACT took off in 2016 when as I was looking for frameworks to deal effectively with a relative that was suffering from alcoholism. I quickly developed a big interest in ACT also inspired by my studies of Buddhist philosophy. During the summer of 2017 I had the good fortune to be able to attend a Focused ACT seminar for therapists facilitated by Kirk Strosahl and Patricia Robinson. In late 2023 i decided to study the ACT therapist program at Karolinska Institutet.
