Additional Information: As the founder of Neurodiverse Coaching, I specialise in helping neurodivergent adults move towards sustainable change through evidence-based behavioural science.
I do so by weaving in contextual behavioural science into my coaching practices. With an MSc in Consumer Studies, certifications in ILM Level 5 coaching, and extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I aim to offer a more practical application to behaviour change, one that is tailored to neurodivergent minds.
Instead of relying on motivation or 'willpower', I help you develop psychological flexibility – the ability to take meaningful action regardless of what your thoughts and feelings are telling you. This is particularly powerful for:
- Professionals feeling stuck in self-defeating patterns
- Individuals with ADHD/Autism seeking strategies that work with their neurodiversity
- High-achievers who excel in some areas but struggle with personal habits
Through our work together, you'll:
- Gain crystal-clear clarity on what truly matters to you and how to align your actions accordingly
- Learn to navigate difficult thoughts and emotions without letting them derail your progress
- Develop a more flexible and compassionate relationship with yourself
- Create sustainable behaviour changes that stick, even during challenging times
Ready to move from feeling stuck to creating lasting change? Let's connect and explore how we can work together to build the life you want, one habit at a time.
