ACT/CBS Background and Training: I embraced the philosophy of Acceptance and Committed Therapy (ACT) after learning ACT as a part of my MPsych(Clinical) postgraduate degree. I teach and encourage clients to use ACT techniques to live a meaningful life by taking charge of negative emotions.
