ACT/CBS Background and Training: I completed a Master’s program in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) focused on children, adolescents, and parents at the Madrid Institute of Contextual Psychology (MICPSY), under the direction of Carmen Luciano. I also completed advanced training in ACT with children at the same institute. Additionally, I hold a postgraduate specialization in Contextual Therapies from the University of Almería.
Beyond formal education, I have participated in a wide range of workshops, seminars, and international trainings. I am deeply curious and passionate about this model, and I often immerse myself in self-directed learning to explore areas that are especially meaningful to me. One of these areas is the support of neurodivergent individuals from a neuroaffirmative perspective, which I continue to integrate into my clinical work.
In addition to my clinical practice, I work as a teacher and supervisor, training fellow clinicians in ACT from a process-based, experiential, and ethically grounded approach. I am especially interested in fostering spaces where learning is alive, shared, and emotionally resonant.

Additional Information: Beyond my formal training, I’ve worked in both clinical and healthcare settings, as well as in contexts of high vulnerability—supporting adolescent mothers and young people disconnected from the social and educational system. I’ve also trained as a birth doula and lactation companion, always guided by a respectful, life-affirming approach.
I’m a mother, and that experience continues to shape the way I relate, care, and stay present. I share my days with my kids, my dog Michi, and two cats. I cherish quiet mornings with books, long walks in nature, and strong coffee. I’m drawn to deep conversations and meaningful connections. I have a mind that wanders easily, but also returns—again and again—to the things that move me. I’m passionate, I laugh loudly, and I carry a sharp, playful sense of humor that rarely rests.
I believe therapy is shaped not only by what we know, but by how we listen, how we live, and who we are.
