ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have been practicing ACT and FACT for nearly a decade! I first trained in FACT with Kirk Strosahl in 2016, and then attended ACT Bootcamp in late 2016. I have since participated in many ACT trainings, including but not limited to: ACT II with Steve Hayes (2018), ACT for self-harming and suicidality with Russ Harris (2023), Focused ACT for Brief Interventions with Kirk Strosahl and Patti Robinson (2024), Trauma-focused ACT with Russ Harris (2025). I am currently also pursuing training and certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFCT).
