ACT/CBS Background and Training: I am an expert in clinical psychology who provides consultancy in various forms (workshops, trainings, wellbeing events, writing support, research analysis and coaching), lecture at Cardiff University and spend a fair amount of time writing. For example, I have authored many scientific articles, book chapters, and magazine articles, and have written five books.
I am employed as a Senior Practitioner and Research Lead at Enable Inclusion Trust, where I work with families and schools to ensure the best outcomes for young people having wellbeing struggles in education.
Finally, I am a co-director of Connect (which is a psychological flexibility wellbeing curriculum for primary schools), and I regularly upload videos to my Youtube Channel (Dr Nic Reacts).
