Abstract

Highlights

• Brief intervals of ACT have demonstrated effectiveness in prior research.

• The current study directly compared time-variant single-session ACT groups.

• All conditions reduced depressive symptoms from pre-intervention to follow-up.

• None of the conditions demonstrated superiority across all measures.

• Improvements in targeted ACT processes were seen over time across all conditions.
