I first started to get involved in ACT in 2023 and have so far read the Learning ACT workbook, and taken Russ's FACT training (psychwire) and Miranda Morris's Clinical RFT training. I attended Reimagining ACT with Steve Hayes in Philadelphia 2025. I am hoping to attend Bootcamp at some point in 2026.
