Additional Information: In addition to my ACT training and experience, I also have 135 hours of formal training in the use of applied improvisation techniques in a therapeutic context, and 52 hours of training and supervision in Geek Therapy (https://www.geektherapeutics.com). I have also been trained in Rogerian/Person-Centered techniques through my graduate program, and am currently working on furthering my studies in Narrative Therapy and integrating it with ACT. I am a proudly Queer- and Neurodivergence-informed counseling practitioner, through education and lived experience.
