Additional Information: I first encountered Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in 2012—like discovering a hidden treasure. Since then, ACT has become not only a valuable therapeutic tool but also a personal philosophy rooted in engaged living and acceptance of life in all its complexity.
Today, I divide my time between clinical work, education, and prosocial activities. I manage the Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies in Poznań, where I train ACT psychotherapists through practice, teamwork, and supervision, while also maintaining my clinical practice.
As a lecturer and trainer, I conduct psychotherapy trainings, especially in Contextual Behavioral Science (CBS). I introduced the ACT Training & Practice semester program at SWPS University in Poznań, which helped spark key developments: Poland's first ACT conferences, the annual ACT Bootcamp, numerous book translations, and—most importantly—the founding of ACBS Polska, where I served as the first president.
I lead prosocial projects such as Pay ACT Forward (crisis training for medical personnel), the CBS Psychological Education Project in Polish schools, and the CBS Supervisors Training Program for therapists supporting those affected by the war in Ukraine.
Guided by PROSOCIAL principles, I believe cooperation, inclusion, and community support create richer, more meaningful lives.
