Metaphors

The purpose of this section is to allow ACBS members to share new ACT-relevant metaphors that have come out of their therapeutic or academic work. If adding a metaphor (by adding a child page), please say something about the metaphor. For example, how it might be used or what ACT-relevant points it might be trying to make.

These metaphors are not "official" or "recognized" or approved by anyone by virtue of their posting here, but are offered as a resource to the world ACT community. Clinical use of these resources is the responsibility of those who choose to use them.
