East Texas Contextual Behavioral Science Lab (ETX-CBS)

The ETX-CBS lab focuses on the intersection between mental health and technology from a contextual behavioral science framework. The lab is located within the University of Texas at Tyler, which has a new Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychology as well as a Master's program which prepares trainees for LPA licensure in Texas. The program is working on pursuing APA accreditation and has been approved for a site visit. ETX-CBS is led by Dr. Olga V. Berkout. Dr. Berkout received her Ph.D. at the University of Mississippi and completed her internship at the University of Vermont, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
