ACT/CBS Background and Training: I am both a DBT therapist and an ACT therapist. I facilitate the Augusta ACT peer consultation group. I have attended multiple trainings in ACT and RFT, including multiple World Conferences and associated workshops, boot camp, and an advanced masterclass. I have also received expert supervision in ACT.
ACT/CBS Experience: I use both ACT and DBT in my practice. I also teach and supervise ACT with the psychology interns and psychiatry residents I train, and I sometimes lead ACT workshops.
