ACT/CBS Background and Training: I am a researcher and for the past 10+ years ACT and CFT have been one of my key research interests, alongside neurodevelopmental disabilities and parenting. I am especially interested in the application of ACT and CFT to parenting including the perinatal period and supporting parents of children with neurodevelopmental disabilities.

I have a number of scientific publications on ACT/CFT and parenting, including multiple RCTs as well as theoretical and practical papers. I am the author of Becoming Mum: a self-help book supporting new mothers grounded in ACT. I am also the first author (along with the wonderful Lisa Coyne as second author) of a clinical manual on using ACT with parent: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy the Clinician's Guide for Supporting Parents.

Additional Information: I am the author of Becoming Mum and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy the Clinician's Guide for Supporting Parents (the latter was also written by the wonderful Dr Lisa Coyne).
