ACT/CBS Background and Training: I have specialized in mindfulness, acceptance and compassion focused therapies, particularly ACT and Compassion Focused Therapy. I run a group clinical practice in NYC, and train therapists in these methods. Also have published several books, articles, and chapters on compassion, mindfulness and acceptance in psychotherapy. Maintain a global presence conducting trainings in person and online. Raise awareness of compassion in mental health through social media.
