ACT/CBS Background and Training: I was introduced to ACT during a day-long training with Steven Hayes in 1999. I have since attended many workshops at ACBS conferences in Philadelphia, London, Chicago, Reno, Washington, DC, Minneapolis, Seattle, and Montreal. I currently participate in an ACT Peer Consultation Group and lead ACT Study Groups in Portland, Maine. I have given numerous ACT workshops and presentations and have led one- and two-day workshops for healthcare professionals around New England.
ACT/CBS Experience: Studying ACT since 1999 and use ACT as my primary approach full-time in my clinical practice.
