ACT/CBS Background and Training: Following a PhD in a behaviorally oriented program, I went on to pursue ACT training and experiences through conference workshops and independent review. Consistently incorporating ACT methods and materials flexibly within my work, my understanding further grew with an immersive experience providing ABA. I continue to practice ACT, learn more, and consider RFT in case conceptualizations for my clients and those of my trainees.
