HumanKind Psychological Services is a group outpatient psychology practice in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. We specialize in adult psychotherapy for "overthinkers, high achievers, and people-pleasers" with expertise in anxiety, perfectionism, eating disorders and body-image concerns. We also have a comprehensive psychological testing program addressing referral concerns of ADHD and diagnostic clarification in adults and adolescents. HumanKind has a robust training program comprised of doctoral intermediate practicum students, advanced practicum students, interns, and postdoctoral fellows each year. Core responsibilities of the postdoctoral fellow:
- Build and maintain an outpatient psychotherapy caseload of 20+ clients per week
- Participate in the psychological testing program both as the clinician administering testing and in other cases, as a secondary supervisor providing support to practicum students while they administer evaluations
- Maintain clinical documentation and administrative tasks related to client care
- Participate in weekly group supervision and didactic seminar training
- Participate in weekly individual supervision
- Engage in limited networking, outreach, and community-building activities
- Optional: Provide secondary supervision to trainees under the guidance of a licensed clinical psychologist and engage in identity development as a supervisor

Qualifications:
- Completion of Doctoral Degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.)
- Experience providing adult psychotherapy for clients with symptoms of anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and ADHD
- Experience and interest in providing psychological and neuropsychological evaluations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Attitude of curiosity, openness, and non-defensiveness
- Team-oriented mentality
