For participants to book through official website booking link, credit card payment for whole period is required for reservations.
For amendments and cancellations made on or before March 18, 2027: 100% of the prepayment will be refunded to the credit card used for the original transaction.
For amendments and cancellations made on or before April 30, 2027: 50% of the prepayment will be refunded to the credit card used for the original transaction.
For amendments and cancellations made on or after May 19, 2027: No amendments or cancellations will be permitted. All prepayments will be non-refundable and nontransferable.

Airport Bus A46 provides direct service between Hong Kong International Airport and the Royal Park Hotel area. Estimated travel time: Approximately 40-45 minutes
- At Hong Kong International Airport, follow the signs for the public bus / Airport Ground Transportation Centre.
- Take bus A46 toward Sha Tin / Tai Wai.
- Get off at the stop serving Royal Park Hotel / Sha Tin.
- Follow the signs and walk approximately 5 minutes to the hotel.

- Walk from Royal Park Hotel to Sha Tin MTR Station.
- From Sha Tin Station, go to Pai Tau Street and take green minibus 27 toward Hong Kong Science Park.
- Get off at the Science Park stop.
