ACT/CBS Background and Training: I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for supporting children, adolescents, and families in building meaningful, connected lives. I specialize in working with children ages 5 and up, using developmentally sensitive, evidence-based approaches that include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play therapy, Filial Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy.
My training in ACT includes completion of the ACT Boot Camp, ACT Immersion, and ACT for Beginners courses. These experiences have deepened my commitment to helping clients build psychological flexibility, develop mindfulness skills, and live more in line with their values. I integrate ACT principles into my work with children through play-based techniques and caregiver-involved interventions.

Additional Information: In addition to individual and child-centered approaches, I incorporate Filial Therapy to actively engage parents as healing agents in the therapeutic process. This empowers caregivers to strengthen their bond with their child while learning therapeutic skills that support emotional expression and resilience at home.
Through emotionally focused and attachment-based family therapy, I help families deepen their emotional connection, navigate conflict more effectively, and build secure, supportive relationships.
My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients of all ages feel seen, heard, and supported on their path toward growth and healing.
