ACT/CBS Background and Training: My work in behavior analysis has been shaped by a deep interest in Relational Frame Theory (RFT) and its practical applications. Through my PhD research on derived relational responding, I’ve had the opportunity to explore how relational learning can be leveraged to support meaningful behavior change. Beyond research, I’ve developed and taught course content on Verbal Behavior, RFT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in a Bachelor of Behavioral Science program, and I integrate these frameworks into clinical practice as a clinical director in an ABA setting. Teaching and applying these concepts in real-world settings has reinforced my appreciation for the complexity and impact of relational learning, and I’m always eager to connect with others who share an interest in contextual behavioral science.
