With a Bachelor’s of science in Psychology and sociology from LSU and a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from SIU. With a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Relational Frame Theory (RFT), I help individuals move from survival mode to a place of intention, purpose, and empowerment. My work blends science-backed tools with real-life compassion, especially for those navigating the impacts of narcissistic abuse, emotional dysregulation, and burnout.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected from your own needs—I’ve been there. Through my own healing journey, including perimenopause and the messy middle of rebuilding, I’ve learned that lasting change doesn’t happen overnight—but it does happen when we combine small, sustainable habits with a mindset rooted in self-compassion and values-based action.
I now guide others to build healthier habits, regulate their emotions, and rewrite the stories that have been holding them back.
