ACT/CBS Background and Training: My ACT background includes completion of an Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Bootcamp with Praxis Continuing Education & Training (2023), where I received intensive training in the core processes of ACT, including values clarification, mindfulness, cognitive defusion, and committed action. I have also integrated ACT principles into my counseling practice, particularly in supporting clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and identity-related challenges.
