I support the well-being of young people and their families in my role as a Clinical and Health Psychologist (Ph.D.) at Whole Kids Health private practice in Toronto. My work particularly focuses on supporting young people with mental health challenges (e.g., anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation), young people with neurodevelopmental differences (e.g., autism) and young people who are coping with medical/health complexities (e.g., pain, somatization, vision/motor differences). The principles of ACT primarily guide my therapeutic approach. I have attended advanced trainings on ACT and received clinical supervision in ACT.
