The VASQ is an evolution of the Valued LIving Questionnaire and the Valued Time and Difficulty Questionnaire. Each of these measures assess values with respect to 10-12 life domains (e.g., family, spirituality, etc.). The VASQ contains three subscales: Importance (of values domains), Action (committed action), and Satisfaction (with Action). Each subscale may range from 0-100.
