Additional Information: I specializes in mindfulness and acceptance based therapies which are used to help my clients become more aware of their thoughts and emotions and to learn how to manage them in a way that creates a sense of peace and freedom. I try to balance processed based therapy with skills training in order to give space for insight development but also to teach practical tools for managing distress. With a strong emphasis on values clarification, I help clients discover what is truly meaningful in their lives and work together to find ways to make active, long lasting change.

I help people with a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and trauma; however, I specialize in treating disordered eating and have experience working in all levels of care in this area. For those struggling with body image I focus on building acceptance and self-compassion while healing their relationship with food.

It is my intention to be as non-judgmental and compassionate as possible, making sure to really listen to the concerns and struggles my clients face. Treatment is a collaborative approach and I find it important to always make sure that therapy is addressing the issues my clients are wanting to change and that there is progress in that direction.
