ACT/CBS Background and Training: Completed Level 1 ACT workshops under Dr David Gillanders, Intermediate Skills training under Dr Ray Owen, and developed the Living Well with Neurological Conditions ACT Workshops based on the Better Living with Illness protocol amongst others.
