ACT is the primary therapeutic approach I use in my work with clients, and I incorporate an ACT approach while also using other evidence-based treatments, such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD.
Both personally and professionally, I also have experience in mindfulness meditation (e.g., vipassana and metta). I have received instruction and teaching in this area, including a Buddhist Psychology Training Course with Matthew Brensilver through Spirit Rock, and have completed silent retreats to deepen my practice.
