ACT/CBS Background and Training: My training and practice of ACT goes back over a decade and includes multiple ACT and RFT workshops and trainings with expert trainers including Steve Hayes, Robyn Walser, Kirk Strosahl as well as supervision with ACT/RFT trainers including Kelly Wilson, Matt Villatte and Eveyln Gould. Additionally, I’ve done years of ongoing personal study, peer consultation and ACT work in my practice. I also train therapists in ACT and clinical RFT.
