Georgia - TbilisiACT Peer Consultation Group for Tbilisi, Georgia
Format of the Group
We are a small peer consultation and discussion group for professionals interested in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Contextual Behavioral Science (CBS), and Relational Frame Theory (RFT).
Our meetings are informal and collaborative. We discuss ACT concepts, clinical applications, readings, videos, podcasts, and other materials related to ACT and CBS, and we sometimes include experiential exercises and case-based discussion.
Meetings are held either online or in person, including at the Psychotherapy and International Education Center (PIEC) in Tbilisi.
Membership
The group is open to ACT practitioners and other professionals interested in ACT and contextual behavioral science who value collaborative learning, openness, curiosity, equality, and a non-hierarchical group atmosphere.
The group is conducted in Georgian, so participants should be fluent in Georgian.
Meeting Information
The group meets periodically rather than on a fixed weekly schedule.
