Course Overview
The objective of this workshop will be to build on introductory Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) skills to develop more experiential skills in the service of helping our clients (and ourselves) commit to living a vital and meaningful life. This workshop will build on basic ACT skills of conceptualization to delve deeper into experiential processes and theoretical understandings of suffering from an ACT perspective.
