ACT/CBS Experience: Since 2004
Additional Information: During the last 17 years, I developed the Behavioral Plasticity model and the ACTiveRehab concept. It main focus is the emBODyACT framework and the identification of behavioral plasticity profiles (or psychological flexibility profiles, Rovner et al., 2019). I lead grad courses at Karolinska Institutet and a program at ACT Institutet Sweden for the certification of the Behavioral Plasticity model. The model, allows the professional or interprofessional team to tailor group-based interventions to these different groups depending on their differential rehabilitation needs in terms of ACT-based therapeutic processes. Contact me if you or your clinic is interested in this model!
