Third Wave Therapy & Training — Postdoctoral Fellowship 2027–2028
September 2027 • Full-time (two part-time fellows considered)

Third Wave Therapy & Training (Concord, MA) invites applications for a one-year postdoctoral fellowship beginning September 2027 (option for a second year). We are an evidence-based practice providing treatment for anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, and disorders of overcontrol across the lifespan. Our approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT and Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), as well as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) within a process-based and trauma-informed framework.

Training opportunities include:

• Evidence-based clinical work with individuals (children, adolescents, young adults, adults), families, and couples. Opportunity to co-lead a skills group.  
  •  Specialized Tracks: ACT/ERP for Anxiety & OCD, RO-DBT for Disorders of Overcontrol, or Child/Adolescent Anxiety & Family Work.
• Advanced training and supervision in ACT, RO-DBT, and ERP.
  • We highly value intensive clinical supervision, didactics rooted in deliberate practice, and outcome-informed care. 
• Additional experiences, if interested, can include outcome research and community outreach.  
   

Qualifications:
Doctoral degree and APA-accredited internship; experience with DBT/ACT/ERP or related evidence-based methods.
