Living life is not always about feeling better, but about living better. Fortunately, when you live better you generally feel better.
In this workshop we will work on clarifying your values. Then, learn how to connect those values to goals for a game plan for improved vitality. If you are looking for the motivation to achieve improved wellness for the New Year this workshop will offer you the tools so you can choose effective behaviors that work. .
Connecting to your values is like having a compass so you can live your life in a valued direction. It is like having a North Star to guide you. Setting goals based on your values will be the first step towards creating a life you love to live in the New Year.
Studies show when people understand what is important to them and when they are willing to take action in cultivating a life based on their values, will experience a greater sense of life satisfaction.
We will use a five step plan for goal setting and committed action based on SMART:

• Adaptive
• Realistic
• Time bound

Brenda Bomgardner, MA, NCC is the founder of Creating Your Beyond, LLC which is the result of over 35 years of creative growth from embracing what life has to offer in the areas of career, family, education, health and spirituality. Before becoming a counselor, Brenda completed a successful career in human resources and has over 15 years experience in recruiting, training coaching and leadership. She understands the process of creating a life of passion. She is an inspirational speaker, a workshop facilitator and mother of four grown children from a blended family.
